Ticket Information

The Hat Factory has a limited capacity. Once the venue is full it will be one-out, one-in. Therefore the following rules apply:

1. If you choose not to buy a ticket in advance you may find you must wait until someone leaves to be allowed into the venue.

2. If you choose to leave the venue and return later you may have to wait until someone leaves to be re-admitted into the venue - regardless of whether or not you brought your ticket in advance.

3. The capacity rules are in place for your safety and will not be overlooked just because you are personal friends with any of the bands playing. Please don't embarrass staff members or yourself by trying to get in if you have been told to wait.
